Credits are consumed based on usage:

Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you won't be able to generate new content until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. We'll send you notifications when you're running low on credits.
Do unused credits expire?
Subscription credits reset at each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, any credits you purchase separately (Pay-As-You-Go) never expire and will always remain in your account. If you cancel your subscription, your purchased credits will be preserved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. We also support PayPal and other payment methods depending on your region.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new users receive 2,000 free credits after verifying their email address. Simply sign up, check your email for a verification link, and click it to unlock your credits. This includes access to basic text-to-speech, one custom voice slot, and limited sound effects and music generation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to your plan features until then.
What's included in voice cloning?
Voice cloning allows you to create custom voices from audio samples. You can upload a voice sample and generate speech in that voice. The number of custom voices you can store depends on your plan. Plans differ in the number of monthly credits, custom voice slots, and features. Creator ($9) includes 200K credits and 3 voices. Pro ($39) includes 1M credits, 15 voices, and API access. Ultimate ($99) includes unlimited credits and voices.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly and automatic. You'll be charged on the same date each month. You can view your billing history and download invoices from your account dashboard. We'll send you an email receipt for each payment.
What is the Pay-As-You-Go option?
Our PAYG model lets you buy credits without a subscription. You get 20,000 credits per $1 and you can purchase between $10-$2,500 worth at a time. These credits never expire and roll over indefinitely, unlike subscription credits which reset monthly.
