Common questions about the current workspace and API.
Where do I sign in?
Use app.verbatik.com. API keys are created in the same app under Settings → Developer.
Does a new account receive free generation credits?
The current Free plan has zero recurring credits. Choose a subscription or prepaid pack when you are ready to generate. Historical grants may still appear on existing accounts.
Is one credit one character or one image?
No. Credits pay for model usage, and the cost varies with the operation and settings. Review the estimate before generating.
Do annual credits arrive every month?
Annual plans grant an annual pool. Standard annual provides 2,400 credits for the year.
Do prepaid credits expire?
Purchased credits do not expire. Included plan credits reset with the billing period and are removed when the subscription terminates.
Are the API and app balances separate?
The current REST API and app use the same workspace credit balance. Older API dollar-balance guides do not describe the current contract.
Where are my custom voices or projects?
Check the selected workspace and account first. If a migrated item is missing, contact support with its name and previous workspace details.
Why did generation stop with credits left?
Check member caps, a past-due payment, active reservations, the cost of the selected model, and model input limits. The spendable balance can be lower than the workspace total.
Can I use the old API request examples?
Use the migration guide. The current API uses different paths, keys, request bodies, and asynchronous results.
Where are Sound Studio and the old avatar or captions tools?
The current workspace centers on chat, speech, personas, and projects. The preserved legacy documentation links explain the current workflows and which old screens are not part of this interface.
