All plans include access to every AI tool, no watermarks, 150+ languages, and commercial use rights.

How do credits work?

Credits are used for all features. TTS costs 1 credit per character, Voice Cloning costs 2 credits per character. Pro and Enterprise plans include unlimited TTS & Voice Cloning. Other tools have fixed costs: Music (5,000), SFX (5,000), Images (1,000), Videos (100,000), Chat AI (varies by model), Voice Clone Training (60,000), and Voice Design (60,000). Credits refill monthly with your subscription.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. All new users receive 1,000 free credits after verifying their email address. The free tier includes basic text-to-speech. Subscribe to any plan for more credits and features.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can wait for your monthly refill, upgrade to a higher plan, or purchase additional credits through Pay-As-You-Go (available for active subscribers).

Do unused credits expire?

Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Pay-As-You-Go credits never expire and remain in your account permanently, even after cancellation.

What is Pay-As-You-Go?

Pay-As-You-Go lets active subscribers purchase additional credits that never expire. These credits supplement your monthly allocation and persist even if you cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods depending on your region.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. Pay-As-You-Go credits are preserved after cancellation.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support within 30 days for a full refund, processed within 5–7 business days.

Can I save money by paying annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20%. For example, Pro costs $39/month monthly but $31/month when billed annually.

How does billing work?

Billing is automatic on the same date each month (or year). You receive email receipts and can view billing history and download invoices from your account.

What happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?

You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining time. You immediately get the new plan's features and credits. Your billing date stays the same.

What's included in voice cloning?

Voice cloning creates custom voices from audio samples. Training costs 60,000 credits, and using a clone costs 2 credits per character (10 for HD). Voice Design costs 60,000 credits. All users can create clones — just pay with credits.

How many languages are supported?

Over 150 languages and dialects for Text-to-Speech. HD Voice Cloning supports 16 languages. The platform includes voices for English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and many more.

Can I use generated content commercially?

Yes. All paid plans include a commercial use license. You can use generated audio, images, and videos for commercial purposes.

What audio format are downloads in?

Audio files are generated in MP3 format. Videos are in MP4 format. Images vary between PNG, JPG, and WebP.

Are there watermarks?

No watermarks on any paid plan. Free tier may have limitations.

How long does generation take?

• Text-to-Speech: A few seconds.
• Voice Cloning: A few seconds for standard, slightly longer for HD.
• Sound Effects & Music: 10–30 seconds.
• Images: 10–30 seconds.
• Videos & AI Avatars: 1–5 minutes depending on length and complexity.

What browsers are supported?

Verbatik AI works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes. Verbatik AI is available as a desktop application for both macOS and Windows. See Desktop App for details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment information is handled securely and never stored on our servers. Audio files are stored securely in the cloud.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to account settings and click Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, including generations, voices, conversations, and account information. This action cannot be undone.
