Manage your Verbatik user profile, security settings, and account preferences.
Profile
Editing Your Profile
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner to access profile settings. You can update:
- Display Name — Your name as shown to workspace members.
- Last Name — Optional last name field.
- Profile Image — Upload a profile picture visible in workspace member lists.
Changing Your Email
- Go to your profile settings.
- Enter your new email address.
- A verification email is sent to the new address.
- Click the verification link to confirm (expires after 24 hours).
Sessions & Security
Active Sessions
Verbatik tracks your active sessions across devices. View them from your account settings.
Password Security
If you registered with email and password:
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Change your password from account settings.
If you registered with Google, authentication is managed through your Google account.
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. Contact support at support@verbatik.com to request deletion. When deleted:
- All workspaces you own are deleted (data, voices, music, API keys).
- Your membership in other workspaces is removed.
- Your profile data is permanently erased.
Workspaces you're a member of (but don't own) are not affected.
Notification Preferences
In-App Notifications
Notifications appear in the dashboard header panel for:
- Workspace invitations
- System announcements
- Important account events
Managing Notifications
- Mark as read — Click on a notification.
- Archive — Archive individually or use "Archive All".
- Settings — Configure notification types from your profile settings.
Account Quotas

These limits apply equally to all users. There are no premium tiers or upgraded quotas.
