Usage and model limits
Work within the limits shown for your model, account, and workspace.
Every model has supported inputs and generation limits. Follow the controls in the app and the model capabilities returned by the API.
Keep requests within supported limits
Use a supported duration, size, and reference type. A paid plan does not bypass provider validation or make metered generation unlimited. Workspace balances and member caps still apply.
API limits are shared across the workspace. Additional keys do not create additional independent request quotas. See authentication and limits.
Use material you are allowed to use
Check that you have permission to use uploaded files, voice recordings, and likenesses. Review generated claims and creative outputs before distribution. Provider and service restrictions can affect whether a particular request is accepted.
