Check the actual offer shown in checkout.
An offer applies only when it is shown as eligible for your checkout. Review the initial charge, renewal price, billing interval, credit allowance, and any conditions before completing a purchase.
Older documentation described promotional passes and plan names that are no longer sold through the current checkout. A historical promotion in a screenshot or article is not an active offer.
If you have a code
Use the promotion field when one is offered during checkout. Confirm that the order summary changes before paying. If a code is rejected, contact support with the code and offer source; do not send payment credentials.
