Save approved outputs and understand media-link access.
Use the download control on a completed generation to save a local copy. In Text to Speech, completed takes also offer playback, download, and a copy-link action in History.
Share an output
Preview the result first. A copied media link lets its recipient access the file according to that link's delivery mode; it is different from inviting someone into your workspace.
Treat public media URLs as accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not place confidential content behind a public URL expecting workspace membership to protect it.
API delivery modes
The current API supports public_url and signed_url for generation and speech delivery. public_url is the default. Signed outputs include expires_at; retrieve the resource again when you need a fresh signed link. A signed link expires, so it should not be treated as a permanent website asset.
Download files you need to keep. Do not assume deleting a local copy or changing workspace membership revokes a URL already shared elsewhere.
