Getting started
Sound effects
Generate a specific sound or ambience from a written direction.
- Open a chat, choose Audio, and select Sound Effects.
- Describe what makes the sound, the environment, and how it changes over time.
- Set duration and looping when those options are available.
- Check the credit estimate and generate.
- Listen, refine the prompt if needed, and download the result.
Example prompts
- A single heavy wooden door closing in a small stone room, followed by a short natural echo.
- Gentle rain on a canvas tent with distant wind, steady ambience suitable for a loop.
- A short electronic confirmation tone with two soft ascending notes, no voice or background music.
For a single effect, describe one event. For an ambience, describe a sustained environment. A looping option asks the model for loop-friendly audio; listen to the join before using it in a final edit.
Generation cost depends on the selected model and settings. Use credits to understand how the shared balance works.
